1. Digital Products
Since all software, source codes, scripts, plugins, and digital products are delivered electronically, all sales are considered final after successful delivery.
- No refund will be provided after product download or delivery.
- Please review product details, demos, and features carefully before purchasing.
- Refunds will not be granted due to change of mind, lack of technical knowledge, or compatibility issues not mentioned by RoyalCode.
2. Duplicate Payments
If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same product or service, the extra payment may be refunded after verification by our billing team.
3. Non-Delivery of Product
If you do not receive your purchased product due to a technical issue from our side, please contact our support team. If we are unable to provide the product, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
4. Hosting Services
- Hosting plans may be canceled before activation.
- Once a hosting account has been activated and resources allocated, refunds may not be available.
- Violation of our Terms of Service may result in suspension without refund.
5. Custom Development Services
Payments made for custom development, website design, software customization, or other service-based work are non-refundable once work has started.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before product delivery or service activation.
- After delivery or activation, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 to 15 business days, depending on the payment provider.
